My name is Alison Craig, I am 38, and I have been an energy therapist for almost five years, practicing Reconnective® Healing, Plexus Bio Energy and Reiki (Level 3).

I was brought to therapies after a prolonged illness (ME), and all the aspects of ME, the fatigue, dizziness, aching limbs and back, constant viral infections, constant sore throats, inability to concentrate, didn't want company, couldn't sustain relationships - a nightmare time.

Through learning about how our energy works, and learning Bio Energy and Reiki, I fully recovered and am now a therapist myself, based in Newtownards, and enjoying helping people with these therapies.

These therapies work on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual and have helped people with a wide range of physical and emotional difficulties from ME, MS, migraine, depression, frozen shoulder, sore joints, hormonal problems, irritable bowel etc.
